We are seeking an established Real Estate professional with a minimum of 4 years’ sales experience who knows how to prospect, build relationships, win listings and deliver exceptional results for vendors.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

We’re looking for someone who is confident, experienced and comfortable taking ownership of the complete sales process.

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential real estate sales
- Proven ability to list and sell residential property
- Solid prospecting and new-business development skills
- Confidence in cold calling, database prospecting and lead generation
- Experience conducting appraisals and listing presentations
- Strong vendor management and communication
- Confident negotiation and closing ability
- Experience conducting open homes and managing buyer follow-up
- Ability to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into listings




- A professional presentation and strong personal work ethic
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Estate Agent License
