The team focuses on evidence-informed practice, collaboration, and compassionate support tailored to each individual’s needs.

Role Description The Senior Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Randwick Sydney. This role involves identifying and developing new referral sources and partnership opportunities, nurturing existing relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, and promoting ADHD-BED Integrated’s services to prospective clients and stakeholders.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns, conducting presentations and information sessions, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey. The role also includes tracking performance metrics,



providing regular reports, contributing to marketing content and materials, and collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams to align outreach strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and engage sensitively with diverse individuals and families.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing opportunities in a health or service-based setting.
- Background in Training or facilitation, with the ability to deliver presentations, workshops, or information sessions to professional and community audiences.
- Knowledge of mental health, neurodevelopmental conditions, or eating disorders is highly beneficial, along with a commitment to ethical, person-centered practice.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Health Services, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar senior role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including comfort with CRM tools, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team, and to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
