We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support high-performing, cross-functional teams within a Federal Government setting.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Strong Scrum/Agile delivery experience
- Facilitation of Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives & Backlog Refinement
- Agile coaching for teams, Product Owners & stakeholders
- Removing impediments and managing risks/dependencies
- Agile metrics – Velocity, Sprint Predictability, Burn-up/Burn-down
- Governance reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Experience driving continuous improvement
