About the Role
Provide advanced social work services across CALHNs specialist team, with caseload, supervision and consultancy.
Provide clinical caseload and expert practice
Supervise social work students and work alongside allied health assistants
Advise teams and support multidisciplinary care
Lead quality improvement processes and contribute to research
About You
You are an experienced Social Worker ready to step into a senior clinical role.
Social Work degree and AASW full membership
Robust clinical judgement in complex practice settings
Skilled in clinician mentoring and team support
Proven ability in patient centred evidence based care
Experience in quality improvement and service development
