$150,000 - $170,000 Vehicle Allowance + Employee Benefits

We are looking for an experienced Senior HSEQ Advisor to drive safety, health, workplace and quality excellence across our East Coast operations.

About the role

Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to project and operational teams, providing practical guidance and leadership across safety, environmental compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. .

What you will be doing

This hands-on role combines strategic influence with regular site engagement across multiple projects

- Leading the implementation and continual improvement of integrated HSEQ management systems
- Promoting a proactive safety culture across project and operational teams
- Ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards
- Conducting audits and investigations
- Supporting sustainability initiatives
- Improving quality assurance processes
- Facilitating training and mentoring operational teams
- Driving continuous improvement across the business

What you will bring





- HSEQ professional with experience in civil construction, infrastructure or another high-risk industry.
- You have strong knowledge of WHS legislation, environmental compliance and quality management systems, combined with excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.

Essential qualifications

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- Current Driver Licence
- Construction White Card
- Current First Aid Certificate

Highly regarded

- Environmental Management qualifications
- Lead or Internal Auditor qualifications
- Training and Assessor certification
- Drug and Alcohol Testing certification
- Experience in confined spaces, working at heights or lifting operations
- Injury management experience
