Student Administration The Student Administration Directorate is committed to delivering an outstanding student and customer experience through cutting-edge, reliable, and efficient administrative services. Responsible for the University's domestic and international admissions, credit and recognition for prior learning, tuition fee administration, scholarship administration, assessments, student records, timetabling, and business support functions, the Directorate supports the critical student management systems, processes, and expertise that underpin the student lifecycle. Through the effective management and use of quality data and self-service solutions, Student Administration supports student interactions, informed decision-making, and exceptional service delivery for students, staff, and stakeholders.
About The Opportunity The current vacancy is within the Fees and Scholarships team,
where you will be responsible for processing Commonwealth Practicum Placements, assessing refund and fee remission applications, managing scholarship applications, offers, acceptances and payments, conducting fee data quality assurance, and responding to enquiries via phone and email. The successful candidate will join a diverse and collaborative team, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and build strong networks with colleagues across ECU.
About You
We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following capabilities:
- Experience in a complex customer-oriented, high-volume application processing environment
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with a proven ability to establish priorities, achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- A performance-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to act with a high level of initiative, attention to detail, problem solving, analysis and judgement to provide accurate and appropriate outcomes.
