Senior Technical Project Manager | Supply Chain & Manufacturing | Sydney

We're partnering with a global medical device and connected health company on a critical search for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a high-priority supply chain transformation program.

This is a senior, multi-stream leadership role. You'll take ownership of three concurrent streams of manufacturing and supply chain projects, each run by its own dedicated project manager or lead, while personally owning delivery of the program's centrepiece: a complex, high-priority international initiative involving the establishment of a new offshore factory.

You'll be the senior point of accountability across all three streams, setting delivery standards, resolving cross-stream dependencies, and keeping everything moving toward a hard, business-critical deadline.

This role sits above the level of a typical Technical Project Manager. We're looking for someone with the seniority and gravitas to manage complex, multi-stream delivery and navigate difficult stakeholder dynamics with confidence.

What you'll be doing:

- Leading and coordinating three parallel streams of manufacturing and supply chain projects simultaneously, each with its own project manager or lead reporting into you
- Owning end-to-end delivery of a complex, high-priority international manufacturing initiative, including the setup of a new offshore factory
- Managing planning, scheduling,



and interdependencies across all three streams to keep the wider program on track
- Maintaining delivery governance and tracking in Jira across every stream
- Identifying and resolving risks and blockers before they threaten timelines
- Navigating and managing senior, sometimes challenging, stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and the broader business
- Providing regular status reporting and escalation to senior leadership given the pace and stakes of the program
- Mentoring and supporting the individual project managers/leads running each of the three streams
- Driving delivery discipline in a fast-paced workplace against a hard, non-negotiable deadline

What you'll bring:

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or equivalent, having managed multiple concurrent workstreams (ideally three or more), each with its own project lead
- Strong supply chain and manufacturing domain expertise across manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, or related areas (backgrounds from organisations like Amazon, Goodman Fielder, Endeavour Group, or Blue Yonder are highly relevant)
- A track record of delivering complex, high-priority initiatives under pressure and to tight timelines
- Confidence and credibility managing senior and difficult stakeholders
- Hands-on experience running delivery and tracking in Jira
- Based in Sydney
