About the Role

Peter Stevens Dandenong is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department.

As the primary point of contact between our customers and workshop team, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service experience. From booking work and preparing estimates through to providing service updates and coordinating repairs, you will ensure every customer receives professional, transparent and proactive communication throughout their service journey.

Working closely with our Technicians and Service Manager, you will help drive workshop efficiency while building strong customer relationships and maintaining our commitment to outstanding service.

What You Will Be Doing

- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair process.
- Acting as the key liaison between customers and the workshop team.
- Accurately documenting customer concerns, service requirements and repair requests.
- Preparing service estimates and communicating costs, timelines and recommendations to customers.
- Coordinating and allocating work to technicians to maximise workshop productivity.
- Monitoring work in progress and providing customers with timely updates.
- Assisting with identifying and sourcing the correct parts required for repairs and servicing.
- Supporting the Service Manager in maintaining an efficient, organised and customer-focused workshop operation.
- Building strong customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.

What You Will Bring

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within an automotive, motorcycle,



truck or related service environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
- Sound computer skills and the ability to learn dealership management systems.
- Motorcycle industry experience will be highly regarded.
