SD-WAN / WAN: FortiGate SD-WAN, Cisco SD-WAN, ADVPN, MPLS decommission, DMVPN migration, BGP/OSPF, PBR, multi-site cutovers.

Campus / SDA: Cisco SDA concepts/implementations, Catalyst 9500/9300, DNAC coordination, campus segmentation, Aruba CX VSX/VSF, Aruba gateways.

Remote Access / Secure Access: Palo Alto Global Protect , Cisco AnyConnect , SSL/TLS VPN, IPsec, Prisma Access , Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, C++, Python, .Net, C#, SQL, MySQL, Crystal Reports, Apache, IIS. Windows, Linux, Mac OS, IOS, Android

Detailed

- A Wireless Network & Security Design Engineer who has 10+ years’ experience delivering security, SD-WAN, Cisco SDA, enterprise Remote Access VPN (Global Protect/AnyConnect), firewall transformations, and NAC/Identity (Cisco ISE) across large APAC and multi-regional environments.

- Life cycle of Incidents associated with EUC equipment and EUC software, and provide break/fix support, advice, and assistance to Authorized Users.
- Incident handling (P1/P2 issues) and Proxy clustering and Slow browsing issues, URL filtering (block/allow websites)




- Coordinate with Customers’ vendors for provision of end-user support (e.g., Hardware Vendor technicians for warranty repair/replacement
- Replace equipment and/or software in order to conduct a repair, support the Authorized User by copying data, performing backups and restoring data and backups to the replacement EUC device

- Operational support for certified Network Printers / Scanners / MFPs / Plotters / Label Printers / Tag Printers using proxy network
- Remote Access VPN using Palo Alto Global Protect and Cisco AnyConnect, troubleshooting connectivity/authentication/performance issues across SSL/TLS and IPsec dependencies.
- Support on hybrid secure access patterns using Prisma Access and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for controlled private application access.

- Coordinated endpoint-side changes with desktop teams (e.g., Zscaler PAC file push / steering) built ACI constructs (tenants, ANP, EPGs, contracts) and executed controlled migrations using L2 stretch and gateway cutover to maintain uptime.
- Automation / Delivery Leadership (across programs)
