? Why This Role Matters

As a Service Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers—both in person and over the phone. Your role is key to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the Service Department with day-to-day administrative duties. You'll manage bookings, coordinate repair orders, and ensure a smooth, timely service experience that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. ? What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing the concierge and reception of our busy service centre
- Managing a high numbers of inbound and outbound calls
- Book service appointments and log information accurately using internal systems
- Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience across every interaction




- Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective resolution of enquiries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our brands, services, and promotions
- Meet customer satisfaction KPIs and uphold Westpoint Autos’ commitment to excellence

?‍? Who We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in a similar high-volume receptionist, call centre, or customer-facing role
- A polished phone manner, bright personality, and a customer-first mindset
- Exceptional verbal communication and data entry accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Immaculate personal presentation and a professional approach to every task
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically
