About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting service delivery, coordinating workflows, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers and patients.

Reporting to the National Service Delivery Manager, you will work closely with internal teams to coordinate bookings, monitor workflows, support operational performance, and help ensure services are delivered efficiently and consistently

- Coordinating service delivery activities and bookings
- Monitoring workflows and escalating potential risks or delays
- Supporting workforce planning and resource coordination
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Assisting with reporting, process improvements, and team initiatives

What we need from you: The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:

- Certificate IV in Medical Administration
- Certificate in in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Medical Reception, Medical Administration, or similar customer-focused administrative role.
- Experience managing bookings, schedules, appointments,



or service delivery activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to working within structured processes and compliance requirements, ideally within healthcare or service industries.
