ServiceNow Developer

Location: Melbourne, Canberra, NSW, VIC (Hybrid)

Contract: 6 Months + Extension

Rate: Competitive Daily Rate $800 to $1000 per day The role require active Security clearance and applicants Must Be Australian Citizen. Interstate candidates are welcome to apply for remote role.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a high-performing technology team delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications and integrations while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and platform teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to major digital transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across various modules.
- Build and support custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform platform enhancements, defect resolution, and system optimisation.
- Participate in solution design workshops and technical reviews.




- Ensure development follows ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Support release management, testing, deployments, and post-production activities

. Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise environments.
- Robust hands-on experience with:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- CMDB
- Service Portal
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Experience developing ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong scripting skills using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience working within Government, Utilities, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments.
