Jetwave is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our team at our Welshpool branch in Western Australia.

This is a hands-on role working across a range of professional and industrial high-pressure cleaning equipment, pumps, petrol and diesel engines, burner systems and associated machinery.

If you enjoy fault finding, mechanical repairs and working directly with customers, this is a great opportunity to join an established Australian business with strong national support.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Diagnose, service and repair industrial high-pressure cleaning equipment.
- Service and repair high-pressure pumps.
- Work on petrol and diesel-powered machinery.
- Diagnose basic electrical faults, including 12V systems.
- Service burner and diesel fired heating systems.
- Carry out scheduled and preventative maintenance.
- Complete workshop repairs.
- Prepare, test and commission new equipment.
- Identify required parts and additional repair work.
- Complete service reports and job documentation.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop.
- Work closely with our parts, sales and national technical teams.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong mechanical ability, valuable fault-finding skills and a high standard of workmanship. You may have experience as a:
- Service Technician
- Mechanical Fitter
- Diesel Mechanic
- Automotive Mechanic
- Small Engine Mechanic
- Agricultural Mechanic
- Industrial Equipment Technician

Previous experience with high-pressure cleaning equipment is an advantage, but not essential. If you have strong mechanical experience and the right attitude,

You will ideally have

- Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills.
- Experience working with petrol and/or diesel engines.
- Experience with pumps, machinery or industrial equipment.
- Basic electrical diagnostic experience.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently.
- A reliable and professional approach.
- A current Australian driver’s licence.

Relevant trade qualifications will be highly regarded.
