- Ensure 24/7 call-outs are handled promptly and work independently.
- Ensure customer service excellence by addressing customer concerns on the SANY equipment promptly and effectively.
- Conduct installation and commissioning of equipment and/or machineries at customer’s site, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Provide breakdown assistance to customers both remotely or in office.
- Schedule and attend for routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and/or machineries to reduce downtime.
- Conduct inspection, troubleshooting, diagnostics, servicing, repair and maintenance for hire and sold SANY equipment to customers.
- Complete detailed and timely service job reports (including but not limited to parts and consumables used) after each completed job.
- Providing training and technical support to clients to maximize the performance of their equipment.




- Work with internal business units and functions to ensure customer needs are met with efficiency and excellence.
- Monitor and record parts and consumables usage to ensure timely replenishment of stocks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
