About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and motivated Supervisor to join our Wendy’s Milk Bar team.

The Supervisor will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, high standards of cleanliness, and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support team members during shifts.
- Open and close the store when required.
- Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service.
- Prepare and serve ice creams, milkshakes, drinks and other products to Wendy’s standards.
- Operate the POS/cash register and handle cash accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
- Ensure products are stored, prepared and presented correctly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
- Complete daily cleaning and closing duties.
- Deal with customer questions and resolve minor customer concerns professionally.
- Allocate tasks to team members and ensure they are completed.
- Train and support new staff members.
- Follow company policies, procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Help create a welcoming and positive environment for customers and staff.





About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience.
- Has previous supervisory experience, or is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
- Is reliable, responsible and punctual.
- Has excellent communication and people skills.
- Is confident working independently and making decisions during a shift.
- Can remain calm and friendly during busy periods.
- Has a strong focus on customer service.
- Takes pride in cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail.
- Is comfortable working as part of a team.
- Is flexible with availability, including weekends and public holidays where required.

Pay: $34.00 – $52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 38.0 per week
