JUNIOR SITE FOREMAN ($70-80K + Super)

High-End Class 1 Residential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Join an established Design & Construction business specialising in high-end Class 1 residential projects such as houses and duplexes across Sydney's North Shore and Inner West. Reporting directly to an experienced Site Manager, you will be hands-on on site, working with trades and learning how quality projects are built from the ground up.

Site & Trade Coordination

Work closely with subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to program and quality standards

Daily Site Management

Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day site activities and onsite supervision

Construction Progress

Monitor works and report progress identify issues and help resolve onsite problems in a timely manner

Quality & Safety





Ensure a safe working workplace andsupport quality outcomes

Learning & Development

Learn the full residential construction process and build towards Site Management THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Around 1 year of relevant site experience.
- Exposure to Class 1 residential constructionprojects (houses or duplexes)
- Basic understanding of construction processes and subcontractor trades
- Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn
- Practical, hands-on and willing to get involved
