About the Company:

Our client is a WA-owned and operated Tier 2 commercial builder with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Western Australia.

Backed by a larger group, they offer the stability and resources of an established business while retaining the culture, accessibility and decision-making of a strong local builder.

The business delivers projects ranging from $10M to $150M across a diverse range of sectors including education, aged care, apartments, health, retail, recreation and social infrastructure.

With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint two experienced Site Managers to oversee the delivery of social housing projects in Kelmscott and Bassendean.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take genuine ownership of project delivery while working within a well-supported team and established business.

About You:

- Trade qualified, ideally with a carpentry background
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects
- Experience delivering apartments, aged care, social housing or residential developments will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations and OH&S; requirements




- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving programme outcomes
- Applicants must have full Australian working rights
