Our client is an established construction business delivering quality commercial building projects across Sydney. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in quality, safety, organisation and getting projects delivered on time.

As Site Manager, you will oversee the daily running of construction sites and coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects progressing efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing projects from commencement through to completion
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and site resources
- Managing project sequencing, timelines and daily site activities
- Ensuring works are completed to plans, specifications and quality standards
- Conducting toolbox talks, site inspections and monitoring WHS compliance
- Managing SWMS and ensuring safe work practices are followed
- Monitoring workmanship and coordinating defect rectification
- Checking materials, deliveries and quantities
- Maintaining site diaries, daily reports, RFIs, variations and project documentation
- Communicating with clients, consultants, contractors and management
- Identifying and addressing issues,



delays and variations proactively
- Maintaining a clean, safe and professional site at all times
- Supporting and mentoring leading hands, apprentices and site team members

About You To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Site Manager, Construction Supervisor or similar role.

You will also have

- Certificate IV in Building & Construction or relevant qualification
- Class C Driver's Licence
- White Card – Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry
- Supervisory accreditation or relevant supervisory experience
- Minimum 2 years' relevant construction site management experience
- Strong understanding of construction processes, plans and specifications
- Good knowledge of WHS, SWMS and site safety requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep projects on track
- Qualified approach when dealing with clients and stakeholders
