Site Manager | High-End Residential | Lower North Shore

Up to $190k Super Paid Overtime | $25m Class 1 Project

Cornerstone Partners is working with one of Sydney's most highly regarded high-end residential builders to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a new $25m architectural residential project on the Lower North Shore.

The business has an exceptional reputation for delivering some of Australia's most complex and prestigious Class 1 residences and has a strong pipeline of high-calibre projects ahead. This is a critical hire, with the successful Site Manager required to start as soon as available.

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a complex $25m architectural residence, including:

- Managing and coordinating trades and subcontractors

- Programming and sequencing works

- Driving quality across complex architectural detailing and finishes

- Managing WHS and maintaining a professional site

- Coordinating with the wider project team, consultants and subcontractors

- Identifying and resolving construction and sequencing issues





- Driving the project through to successful completion

About You

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with:

- Strong Class 1 high-end residential experience

- Experience delivering large, complex architectural projects

- Strong programming and sequencing capability

- Excellent subcontractor management skills

- Exceptional attention to detail and quality

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A professional, cooperative approach
