Experienced Site Supervisor Wanted – Tilt-Up Construction | Adelaide | Immediate Start

Clairville Homes, a custom-home builder based in Adelaide, is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a six-home project, each home a three-storey tilt-up panel build.

This is a part-time contract role for someone who has run tilt-up construction before and knows how to deliver a multi-storey residential build on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day site management
- Coordinating trades and suppliers
- Managing programme and quality
- Keeping the site safe and compliant

Requirements:

- Proven experience supervising tilt-up panel construction (multi-storey residential or similar preferred)
- Current Building Work Supervisor's Licence (SA)
- Own ABN and relevant insurances,



including public liability and personal accident/income protection
- Robust communication skills and a hands-on, proactive approach to problem solving
- Available to start immediately
