Our client is an established D&C; commercial builder delivering industrial new builds and commercial fit outs, with projects typically valued at $3–5 million and capabilities up to $20 million. Drawing on more than 30 years of industry experience, the business takes a hands-on, quality-focused approach to every project. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team with expertise across construction, design and development, contributing to varied projects within an experienced and knowledgeable business.

They are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the business and manage projects from start to finish. The person will ideally have industrial tilt panel experience.

Key Requirements:

- 5 years' experience delivering commercial projects, ideally supervising tilt-panel/ precast commercial builds.
- Demonstrated Procore experience is highly desirable.
- Supervise Tilt-up work certification
- Ability to run sites independently and drive programs to completion
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
