Golden Child Beauty is looking for a passionate and motivated Skin/Dermal Therapist to join our small, close-knit team.

As we continue to evolve our clinic towards a stronger focus on results-driven, evidence-based skin treatments, we're looking for someone who genuinely loves skin, values ongoing education and takes pride in helping clients achieve long-term results.

This isn't just about performing a great treatment. We're looking for someone who can build trust with their clients, understand their concerns and confidently guide them through a personalised skin journey.

About the role:

You'll be working with clients to assess their skin, develop personalised treatment plans and provide professional home care recommendations to support their results between appointments.

We're looking for someone who is confident working autonomously, while also enjoying being part of a supportive, collaborative team where we share knowledge and genuinely want to see each other succeed.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

- Have a genuine passion for skin health and results-driven treatments
- Hold a relevant Beauty Therapy, Dermal Therapy or Dermal Science qualification
- Are confident conducting skin consultations and assessments
- Can create and communicate personalised treatment plans
- Are confident prescribing and recommending qualified home care
- Have exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Understand the importance of thorough client consultation and treatment documentation
- Enjoy building long-term relationships with clients rather than simply providing one-off treatments
- Are reliable, skilled and able to manage your own clients and workload




- Enjoy learning and keeping your knowledge and skills current
- Work well both independently and within a small, tight-knit team
- Have a minimum of 1 year industry experience

What you'll be working with: Our treatment offering is increasingly focused on advanced and results-driven skin services, alongside selected lash and brow treatments. Depending on your experience and qualifications, there will be opportunities to work across treatments such as customised skin treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, LED therapy, skin needling/collagen induction therapy and other advanced modalities.

Experience across all of these treatments is not essential — we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong foundational knowledge and a genuine desire to grow within the skin space.
