If you enjoy running smaller projects and like plenty of variety, this is an opportunity worth looking at. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Small Works Foreman to join the Small Works division of one of Sydney's most successful commercial fitout and refurbishment builders.

You'll manage a variety of smaller commercial and maintenance-style projects, taking them from the initial site visit and scope through to completion.

The Role

This isn't a traditional Foreman role where you're based on one project for the next two years.





You'll be out and about across Sydney, managing a variety of smaller projects and dealing directly with clients and subcontractors.

You'll

- Visit sites and scope required works
- Identify trades and materials required
- Engage and coordinate subcontractors
- Manage multiple small projects
- Liaise directly with clients
- Coordinate materials and site requirements
- Complete some light hands-on work when required
- Take projects from initial scope through to completion

You'll have access to the company's extensive subcontractor network and full support from the wider construction team.

What You Need

- Carpentry trade qualification
- Experience running small works, maintenance, facilities or minor projects
- Strong fitout and refurbishment knowledge
- Excellent general construction knowledge
- Strong client communication skills
- Stable employment history
- Reliable references
