Due to continued growth, we're expanding our operations team and are looking for a Solar & Battery Installation Operations Managerto take ownership of projects from sales handover through to completion, ensuring every installation is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

This isn't a traditional desk-based coordinator role. You'll play a key role in managing the people, processes and systems that keep our installation operation running at a high level.

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and technically strong Battery and Solar Installation Operations Manager to join our growing team based in Rowville.

The position is predominantly office-based management, while working alongside our sales, service, installation and administration teams.





This role would suit an experienced, qualified Solar & Battery Installer currently working on the tools and looking to progress into management, or an experienced Project Coordinator ready to take the next step in their career.

Reporting directly to the Director, you'll work alongside six installation teams and collaborate closely with sales, administration and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end management of solar and battery installations from sales handover through to completion.
- Lead, support and develop six installation teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standard.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team and ensure projects are correctly scoped and installation-ready.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements across the installation operation.
- Ensure full compliance with OH&S; requirements and all relevant industry regulations.
- Coordinate procurement and equipment ordering to ensure upcoming installations are fully prepared.
- Assist with recruitment, staff KPIs, performance management and regular performance reviews.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination between Sales, Administration, Service and Installation.

What we are Looking For

Essential

- Proven experience in solar and battery installation.
- Strong technical understanding of residential solar and battery systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
- Current Victorian Driver License.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Ability to lead, support and communicate effectively with installation teams.

Highly Regarded

- Experience leading or mentoring installation teams.
- SAA accreditation.
- Pylon or other CRM experience.
- Strong understanding of installation quality, compliance and practical site requirements.
