Solution Architect

At Annexa, we're looking for an experienced Solution Architect who can build trusted relationships, challenge thinking, and design innovative business solutions that deliver real outcomes.

This is a senior consulting role for someone who thrives in front of customers, loves solving complex business problems, and enjoys being the trusted advisor that customers turn to throughout their transformation journey. The role leads solution design from pre-sales through implementation, working closely with customers, consultants, and technical specialists to create end-to-end solutions that drive long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work directly with customer stakeholders to understand their goals, processes, and challenges, then architect solutions that align technology with business outcomes.

Your focus will include:

- Leading solution design workshops and discovery sessions
- Building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and decision makers
- Designing end-to-end ERP and business system solutions
- Providing strategic advice and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle
- Supporting pre-sales engagements and solution demonstrations
- Collaborating with functional and technical consultants to deliver successful outcomes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and business transformation
- Mentoring consultants and contributing to the success of the wider team

What We're Looking For We're seeking an exceptional consultant first and a Solution Architect second.





You'll stand out if you have:

- Extensive consulting and customer-facing experience
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to engage confidently with executives and business leaders
- A solid customer-first mindset and passion for delivering outcomes
- Experience leading workshops, solution architecture, and business process transformation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- The ability to translate complex requirements into simple, practical solutions
- Experience working across ERP business systems, digital transformation, or solution architecture projects
