Altitude is seeking an experienced Solution Designer for a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.

Join a high impact initiative shaping the future of test environment integration for a major enterprise. This role offers the opportunity to bridge product intent and technical execution, working alongside Project Managers, application teams, platform teams, and infrastructure to deliver clear, testable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide solution engineering and architectural guidance to support the Integrated Test Environment Establishment initiative
- Translate business requirements into clear, testable designs, integration views, and data needs
- Shape functional and non functional outcomes across delivery teams
- Ensure test environments accurately reflect real production integrations
- Collaborate across product, engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams to reduce ambiguity and accelerate alignment.

Key Requirements:

- Strong solution engineering or solution architecture background
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical designs




- Deep understanding of application integration patterns
- Experience working with non production environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate across product, engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams.

Nice to Have:

- Banking industry landscape knowledge
- Experience in large scale enterprise delivery environments
- Familiarity with DevOps and environment orchestration concepts
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Scaled agile delivery experience
