Solutions Architect Initial 9 month contract until 27 June 2026 + Possible extension **Hybrid and Flexible working available

Up to $1137 + Super per day**

We are partnering with the Queensland State Government to engage an experienced Solution Architect to provide architectural leadership across a complex enterprise environment underpinned by a large-scale SAP ecosystem.

The role is responsible for shaping solution architecture, integration strategy and design governance across a portfolio of business-critical systems. Success in the position will require extensive experience delivering architecture outcomes within highly integrated SAP environments, coupled with the ability to influence stakeholders, assure solution quality and drive strategic technology decisions.

Working across business and technology stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance on solution design, systems integration, architecture governance and strategic technology direction. This is a senior architecture role suited to an individual with deep SAP ecosystem experience, robust integration expertise and a proven ability to lead architectural decision-making within large-scale enterprise environments.

What you'll be doing

- Lead solution architecture across complex enterprise systems.
- Define and govern end-to-end solution designs.
- Align architecture outcomes with business objectives.
- Analyse requirements and assess solution options.
- Develop architecture artefacts and design documentation.
- Provide advice on system enhancements and change requests.
- Establish integration strategies across SAP and non-SAP platforms.
- Guide solution integration design and implementation approaches.
- Conduct architecture reviews and quality assurance activities.
- Assess design impacts, risks and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards and practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Support architecture governance and decision-making forums.




- Mentor architects and technical team members.
- Drive knowledge transfer and capability uplift initiatives.

What you need to bring

- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering architecture outcomes within SAP-centric organisations.
- Strong SAP experience across finance and supply chain domains.
- Expertise in systems integration and solution integration design.
- Experience designing solutions within large-scale ERP environments.
- Strong architecture governance and assurance capability.
- Experience developing enterprise integration strategies.
- Ability to solve complex business and technology challenges.
- Experience producing architecture and design artefacts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Excellent consulting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience working across multiple delivery teams.
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in complex implementation environments.

- Experience supporting major ERP implementation programs.
- SAP Finance & Supply Chain & Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) experience
