Solution Architect Profile

- Role Purpose The Solution Architect acts as the primary strategic and technical bridge between business vision and production grade implementation. This role is responsible for leading the discovery, design, and governance of a next generation "agentic" product, leveraging AI agents to automate complex healthcare insurance processes. The architect ensures that all solutions are commercially viable, technically robust, and aligned with Indian healthcare regulations.
- Core Competencies • AI & Agentic Orchestration: Deep understanding of LLM, RAG, HITL, and multi agent frameworks.

• Strategic Advisory: Ability to influence C suite stakeholders and translate ambiguous business pain points into structured technical roadmaps.

• Healthcare Compliance: Knowledge of DPDP Act and HIPAA aligned security frameworks.

• Agile Governance: Proficiency in managing slices of value delivery.

- Technical Workplace • Cloud Platform: GCP including Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Firebase.

• AI Frameworks: ADK and evaluation frameworks.

• Architecture: Microservices, event driven architecture, integrations.

ADRs and Business Capability Maps.

- Key Responsibilities

I. Discovery & Forward Planning

Create session plans and discovery agendas.

Lead workshops and business capability mapping.

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and customer teams.

II. Strategy & Roadmap Development

Build product and technical roadmaps.

Define Data & AI Governance standards.

Identify improvement opportunities and develop account strategies.

III. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

Design platform architecture and document ADRs.

Architect MVP implementations using RAG, HITL and multi agent designs.

Define NFRs, security and privacy architecture.

Advise on testing and evaluation strategies.

IV. Stakeholder Management & Liaison

Act as trusted technical advisor.

Bridge implementation and business teams.

Conduct regular showcases and demos.

V. Execution, Governance & Agile Delivery

Support backlog refinement and experimentation roadmaps.

Drive incremental delivery.

Highlight risks and maintain Architecture Decision Log.
