First Nations Jobs in Melbourne, VIC, seeks a Casual Catering Prep & Service assistant to support meal preparation and service at the Melbourne Immigration Detention Centre. You will assemble meals, help with plating, and ensure correct portioning in a HACCP-compliant kitchen.

Applicants should have a Certificate II or higher in Kitchen Operations or Commercial Cookery, a valid Food Safety certificate, and a Working with Children Check.
