Job Description
This is an chance for an experienced HR professional to step into a fast-paced advisory role, partnering with leaders across a large and diverse workforce while managing complex employee relations matters from end to end. The role requires strong expertise in case management, with experience managing matters through to resolution and a sound understanding of Fair Work legislation and employment relations frameworks.

The Opportunity
n
Reporting to the People & Culture leadership team, you will provide expert advice and support to leaders and employees across a broad range of HR matters. This is a hands-on advisory role where you'll help navigate employee relations issues, interpret policies and industrial instruments, and drive positive people outcomes. A key focus of the role will be managing complex workplace matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and delivering commercially sound, people-focused advice.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide trusted HR advice across employee relations, performance, conduct and workplace policies.
n
- Manage complex employee relations matters and investigations from initial enquiry through to resolution.
n
- Interpret and apply Awards, agreements, policies and employment legislation.
n
- Partner with leaders to build capability and confidence in managing people issues.
n
- Support workplace change initiatives and people projects.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes,
service delivery and employee experience.
n
- Collaborate closely with People & Culture colleagues and key stakeholders across the business.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful, you will be a confident HR practitioner who enjoys partnering with leaders and working through complex people challenges. You will bring:
n
n
- Proven experience in a HR Advisory, HR Business Partner or Employee Relations role.
n
- Strong end-to-end case management experience managing complex employee relations matters.
n
- Representing at Fair Work.
n
- Demonstrated experience applying Fair Work legislation and managing matters involving Fair Work processes and outcomes. This experience is essential.
n
- Sound knowledge of Awards, industrial instruments and employment legislation.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
n
- The ability to balance empathy with commercial judgement.
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
