Shield AI is seeking a Staff Engineer, Autonomy to design, build, and deploy autonomous capabilities for uncrewed systems. This hands-on role blends software, robotics, perception, and path planning to shape AI pilots for real-world problems.

The position requires solid C++ expertise, experience in robotics and autonomy, and collaboration across AI, robotics, and systems engineering teams. You will participate in architecture discussions and mentor junior engineers.
