What you'll do

n

- Coordinate and support incident, injury management and workplace safety processes across the organisation.
n
- Maintain accurate records, data integrity and reporting within health, safety and injury management systems.
n
- Assist leaders and specialists with incident triage, investigations, compliance activities and follow‐up actions.
n
- Deliver high‐quality administrative support, reporting, training coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

- Administrative experience in a fast‐paced environment where accuracy and organisation are critical.

- The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
n
- Solid stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
n
- Confidence learning and navigating multiple systems and databases.

- A genuine interest in workplace health, safety and employee wellbeing.
n
