Our environment has two bar areas, a main dining room, a grassed area and a separate function area for social gatherings, soaking up the beach atmosphere from the views on the balcony. Portofinos is all about relaxed dining that is easily enjoyed during the day or for after-work drinks that pair perfectly with any lazy afternoon beverage.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute new menu items
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
Requirements
