THE ROLE The Sourcing Program Leade will oversee Homes Victoria's commercial acquisition and divestment function consisting of property transaction professionals and project management delivery teams to oversee construction and development activities.

Primary functions include purchase and sale of land, property development and management,



Crown land assets and inter-Governmental transactions. The Sourcing and Program Leader is a senior leader for the Acquisition, Divestment and Development team accountable for the business management and human resource activities across the team including business and strategy planning, budget establishment and financial reporting.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Developing and implementing business strategies that will deliver on our Corporate Plan objectives.
- Lead the business management of the Acquisition and Divestment function including budget management and financial reporting, human resources, and team culture development.
- Establish and maintain strong networks and valuable working relationships with key stakeholders across other Government Departments, developers, real estate agents, authorities, consultants, and partners.
