Specialist Employment Investigator – People Experience (PX) – Wellington Central Permanent, Fulltime, position available! Te Haeata/The Opportunity

Join the People Experience team as our Specialist Employment Investigator and play a critical role in maintaining fair, consistent and legally robust workplace investigation practices across the Ministry. You'll lead complex employment investigations, influence organisational policy, and build capability across people leaders to strengthen employment relations practice and procedural fairness.

In This Role You Will

- Lead complex employment investigations from start to finish
- Assess evidence and prepare explicit investigation findings
- Interview witnesses and subjects in sensitive matters
- Develop employment policies, guidance and investigation tools
- Coach leaders on workplace investigations and procedural fairness

Utu ā-tau/ Salary The appointing salary for this role will be between $130,129 and $168,062 based on skills and experience.
