About the Role The Coordinator Operations (LC‑SS) ensures Life Choices – Support Services are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with participant needs. You will coordinate staff, manage quality and risk systems, oversee financial and administrative processes, and support continuous improvement across service streams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate person‑centred Life Choices – Support Services and support internal audits and compliance activities.
- Maintain staff records, manage mandatory training and oversee onboarding for Direct Support Workers.
- Lead quality assurance activities,



internal audits and continuous improvement processes.
- Oversee financial administration including claims, invoices, expenditure tracking and accounts receivable.
- Support participant enquiries, stakeholder feedback processes and NDIS Portal access.
- Manage facility maintenance requirements and Meals at Home administration.
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership to Customer Service Officers and Direct Support Workers, including coaching, performance support and workflow coordination.

About You

Essential

- Diploma qualification relevant to the role
- Substantial experience in operational management within aged care or disability services
- Demonstrated experience coordinating quality systems, audits and compliance requirements
- Ability to maintain staff records, manage mandatory training and support onboarding
- Strong financial and administrative skills, including budget tracking and database/reporting system management
- Excellent communication skills for participant engagement, stakeholder liaison and team collaboration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Ability to meet requirements for Criminal Record Check, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and hold a Class C driver licence

Desirable

- Class LR driver licence
- Experience with MYP client database and rostering system
- Current First Aid Certificate
