About the role

This is a full day-to-day operation role where you are the decision-maker on-site. When the owners are not on-site, you are the business. You will own stock ordering, receiving, and inventory management, customer relationships and service standards, security, opening and closing, general running of the business, working alongside and directing other staff, and cash handling and register reconciliation.

About you

- Someone with genuine drive who wants to build something
- Comfortable making decisions and owning the outcome. Good or bad.




- Solid retail instincts and knowledge of what a well-run shop looks and feels like
- Reliable to the point that the owners can hand you the keys and not think twice
- Physically capable — this role involves regular heavy lifting
- Forklift licence required
- Meat handling required
