About the role The Reflex Group, which is based and operates throughout the UK, USA, and Europe, has been established in the Asia Pacific (APAC) market for over 3 years. Following the successful acquisition of Designed To Stick in Tingalpa, Brisbane, we are looking for an experienced Storeperson / Warehouse Operator to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing business with a solid team culture and a modern, well-organised facility.

Key responsibilities

- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

- Preparing and dispatching customer shipments

- Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming goods

- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift

- Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records

- Organising and maintaining warehouse storage locations

- Liaising with suppliers, freight companies, and internal departments

- Ensuring all warehouse activities are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures

- General warehouse and stores duties as required

About you

- A current Forklift Licence (LF)





- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a stores or warehouse environment

- Proven experience in picking and packing orders

- Proven experience in shipping and dispatching goods

- Proven experience in receiving and checking incoming stock

- Proven experience working with supplier deliveries and freight carriers

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, hands-on approach to work

- Good organisational and time management skills
