NextGen Care Services provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) for people with disability.

In this role you will:

- Assist with personal care and household tasks (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, appointments)
- Work alongside participants on their NDIS goals
- Run and support skill-development workshops (budgeting, communication, routines, workplace readiness)
- Support participants to build social connections and community participation
- Follow care and behaviour support plans and report incidents promptly
- Keep accurate notes and communicate with families, coordinators, and the care team

What we're looking for:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (if required)
- Person-centred approach and strong communication skills
- Experience in SIL or running group activities is a bonus

Pay: $36.00 – $48.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 38.0 per week
