We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Emerald team as a Storeperson/Truck Driver, supporting our customers across the Central Highlands region.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring goods receivable, deliveries and inventory are managed safely, efficiently and on time, while providing a high level of service to our customers. This is a varied and hands-on role, with responsibilities including:

- On-farm deliveries
- Loading and unloading trucks, and managing dispatch and receivals
- Ensuring all orders are picked, packed and delivered in a timely manner to meet customer requirements
- Forklift operation
- Providing friendly, helpful customer service
- Managing inventory, goods receipting, dispatch and associated paperwork
- Maintaining a safe, clean and professionally presented warehouse
- Safely loading, securing and restraining loads in accordance with transport and company requirements
- Conducting pre-start vehicle and equipment inspections
- Ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations and protected transport practices
- Identifying and reporting hazards, incidents and near misses
- Maintaining strong safety practices and contributing to a positive safety culture across all tasks and activities

What You'll Bring: To be successful in this role,



you’ll bring experience working in a fast-paced team environment and a genuine passion for Australian farming and agriculture. You will also demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded
- A robust commitment to workplace health and safety
- A basic understanding of load restraint requirements and safe handling practices
- A basic knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
- Knowledge in transporting dangerous goods
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills to build strong, long-term customer relationships
- A reliable and positive attitude that supports a great team culture
- Full drivers’ licence
- Forklift ticket and HR licence are required
