About the role The Storesperson works as part of a team in a highly dynamic environment with challenging deadlines and responsible for providing support to Special Projects Department and Aircraft Maintenance Organization. Activities are undertaken at Xcalibur's facilities located at Jandakot Airport, WA.

Key responsibilities

- Build and issue parts/kits that keep our engineering team moving efficiently
- Take ownership of purchasing through Aerotrack, ensuring parts arrive on time and to spec
- Stay on top of orders—track, expedite, and communicate updates so nothing slips
- Check incoming and outgoing parts for quality, accuracy, and proper documentation
- Make sure all materials meet aviation certification and compliance requirements
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve any issues quickly and effectively
- Coordinate domestic and international freight to support project timelines
- Keep records accurate and audit-ready in line with company and aviation standards
- Follow established maintenance and quality processes (MOM) with attention to detail

About you

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a stores or inventory role




- Experience in the General Aviation environment (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with Aerotrack MRO or similar maintenance software
- Strong computer literacy and numerical accuracy
- High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision
