About the role

You will be involved in building landscapes from the ground up. Our projects can include retaining walls, high-quality stonework, paving, structural elements, garden construction and complete outdoor living areas. The work is hands-on, varied and rewarding.

You will have the opportunity to help create genuinely beautiful spaces for clients and transform properties into areas where families can enjoy the Australian outdoor lifestyle. There is a real sense of satisfaction in standing back at the end of a project and seeing something you helped build that will still look great years from now.

Key responsibilities

- Building retaining walls, stonework, paving and structural landscaping elements
- Constructing premium outdoor living spaces and garden areas
- Working on high-quality landscape construction projects from ground up
- Taking care of tools, equipment and the job site
- Working as part of a small team on varied construction projects

About you

- Experience in structural landscaping, or associated trades such as construction, concreting, stone masonry, bricklaying, carpentry or civil works
- Genuinely hardworking and willing to get stuck into a job
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Reliable and turns up when they say they will
- Clean-cut, well-presented and professional around clients
- Works well as part of a small team
- Respectful, easy to get along with and brings a positive attitude to work
- Understands that small details separate an average job from a great one




- Comfortable working in a professional, smoke-free working environment
- Excavator ticket and operating experience, Bobcat/skid steer experience, Medium Rigid truck licence, retaining wall experience, stone masonry or natural stone experience, paving and concreting experience, experience reading plans and setting out jobs, or Construction White Card and relevant industry tickets are looked upon favourably
