What you’ll do:

- Shape advocacy. Use your practical, on-the-ground experience to inform policy positions, submissions and advocacy priorities.
- Be the expert members trust. Translate complex legislation and regulatory requirements into clear, practical and actionable guidance.
- Build industry capability. Design and deliver engaging workshops, webinars, briefings and professional development that make a real difference.
- Influence best practice. Identify emerging issues, risks and opportunities and help the sector stay ahead of change.
- Strengthen member value. Work closely with REIV teams, members and industry stakeholders to ensure our OC offering delivers genuine value.




- Bring the real world into the room. Use your experience, insights and case studies to make learning relevant, practical and impactful.

You’ll bring:

- Deep subject matter expertise in Owners Corporation Management
- Strong practical knowledge of Victorian legislation and regulatory frameworks
- The ability to make complex information clear, practical and helpful
- A credible voice and genuine understanding of the challenges facing OC professionals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience developing or delivering training is highly regarded
- Victorian real estate experience will be an advantage.
