Adelaide’s Finest at Frewville is looking for enthusiastic Supermarket Assistants to join our Checkout and Online Shopping teams. Whether you’re helping a customer at the register or carefully preparing an online order, you’ll play an important part in delivering the exceptional service our customers know and love.

About the roles

Checkout Assistants

You’ll be one of the friendly faces of our supermarket, helping customers finish their shopping experience on a positive note. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing warm, efficient and attentive customer service

- Processing purchases accurately

- Packing groceries with care

- Keeping the checkout area clean and welcoming

- Assisting customers with enquiries when required

Online Shopping Assistants

You’ll select and prepare customer orders with the same care you would give your own shopping. Your responsibilities will include:

- Picking fresh, high-quality products from across the store

- Packing online orders accurately and thoughtfully

- Checking product quality, use-by dates and substitutions

- Preparing orders for collection or delivery

- Working efficiently to meet order timeframes

About you

We’re looking for people who:

- Genuinely enjoy helping customers

- Are reliable, punctual and ready to contribute





- Have a positive attitude and robust attention to detail

- Work well in a busy, team-oriented environment

- Take pride in presentation, quality and service

- Are comfortable being on their feet and performing active duties

- Can offer flexible availability, including some early mornings, evenings and weekends

Previous supermarket, retail or customer-service experience is welcome, but it isn’t essential. If you bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, we’ll help you build the skills you need.
