About the Role – CHPP Supervisor

Reporting to the CHPP Superintendent, the CHPP Supervisor is accountable for the safe coordination of all coal-processing activities within the CHPP for their shift in accordance with safety and compliance targets, budget tonnes and quality objectives.

What You’ll Do

- Provide day-to-day operational direction to achieve required targets.
- Ensure that operators receive proper instruction and training in safe processing practices.
- Lead a team environment and coordinate coal preparation activities in a cost-effective and effective manner
- Cost reduction activities / initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

- Strong commitment to safety and a continuous improvement culture.
- Mechanical or Electrical Trade Certificate (desirable)
- Minimum of five (5)



years in the mining or heavy industry or processing plant with strong working knowledge of Stockpile Management an stockpile dozer operations
- Current Unencumbered New South Wales “C” Class Drivers Licence.
