Job Statement

We are looking for a highly motivated Mining Supervisor – Open Pit to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working alongside like-minded professionals, contributing to a developing operation and sharing their knowledge and experience while gaining exposure to different areas of the wider business.

The ideal candidate will have a solid operational background and a genuine commitment to safety, leadership and developing their team.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

- Current C Class Driver’s Licence (manual)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in open pit mining or quarrying, including experience operating mining equipment

- Supervisor S26 Certificate




- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- A collaborative approach with demonstrated team-building capabilities
- A strong commitment to safety and operational performance

About Us Genesis Mining Services (GMS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Genesis Minerals Limited.

GMS has been established to provide in-house open pit mining services across the Goldfields region of Western Australia. Our vision is to build the premium Australian gold miner – progressive, high quality and +500koz per annum.
