Support Officer (Administration) Location: Wellington Tribunals Unit

As a Support Officer at the Wellington Tribunals Unit, you will be the vital link that ensures our internal and external stakeholders have the information they need, exactly when they need it. You will tackle a high-volume, dynamic workload with a can-do attitude, ensuring our daily operations run seamlessly.

We are looking for a confident communicator who remains adaptable, patient, and calm under pressure. You will be a hardworking and responsible professional with a strong work ethic. If you are a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in delivering effortless, high-quality administrative support, this is the role for you.

Ō Pūkenga/Skills And Experience To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience in general office and administrative duties, including operating office equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project 2000, and Access.
- Experience in the operation of accounts and purchasing.
- A background or capability in facilities management.
- Exceptional frontline service provision.

Utu ā-tau/ Salary The appointing salary for this role will be between $56,343 and $74,416 , based on skills and experience.
