We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Casual Support Worker to join our team!

Requirements

- Must hold a Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care / Disability
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable, patient, and responsible
- Valid Police Check
- Full driver’s licence
- Must be able to communicate in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks (personal care, meal preparation, community access, etc.)
- Provide high-quality support services ensuring clients’ safety and well-being
- Implement personalised support plans based on clients’ needs
