is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced female Disability Support Worker to provide consistent, person-centred support to a female NDIS participant in Orange.Available shifts:

- Monday: 10:00 am–12:00 pm
- Tuesday: 10:00 am–12:00 pm
- Wednesday: 10:00 am–3:00 pm
- Friday: 10:00 am–12:00 pm

Key responsibilities:

- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Medication support and health monitoring
- Mobility assistance and supervision
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Supporting structured daily routines
- Using explicit, calm, and respectful communication
- Encouraging independence and community participation
- Completing accurate progress notes and documentation

Essential requirements:

- Previous disability or aged-care experience
- Certificate III in Individual Support or a related qualification
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Patient, dependable, and committed to providing consistent support

Immediate availability is highly regarded. Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
