The Opportunity

Catholic Education South Australia (CESA) is seeking an experienced and collaborative educational leader to join our Diversity and Inclusion team as a System Coach: Diversity and Inclusion.

In this influential role, you will partner with principals, Inclusive Education Leaders and educators to strengthen inclusive education practices across CESA schools. Through coaching, consultation and skilled learning, you will support schools to build capability and implement evidence-based approaches that improve participation, wellbeing and learning outcomes for all students.

You will also contribute to system-wide improvement initiatives and may lead a specialised portfolio aligned to your area of expertise, helping drive excellence, equity and inclusion across Catholic education.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coach and support school leaders and educators to strengthen inclusive teaching and learning practices.
- Deliver professional learning, consultation and mentoring to build school capability.
- Provide expert advice on inclusive education, disability, wellbeing and student engagement.
- Support schools to implement evidence-based strategies that improve participation, inclusion and learning outcomes.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective supports for diverse learners.
- Lead or contribute to specialised portfolios and system-wide initiatives that advance excellence, equity and inclusion.

About You We are seeking someone who:

- Has significant experience in inclusive education and supporting diverse learners.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching and change management skills.
- Brings expertise in disability inclusion and evidence-based teaching practices.




- Builds strong relationships and works effectively across schools and multidisciplinary teams.
- Communicates with confidence, influence and professionalism.

Essential Requirements:

- Relevant tertiary teaching qualifications and current teacher registration in South Australia.
- Graduate Certificate in Catholic Studies (or commitment to complete) and accreditation to teach in a Catholic school.
